My name is Angela Armbruster, and I offer beginning & intermediate level piano & voice lessons for students of all ages. If you are looking for a low-key, specialized approach to growing you or your child's knowledge, experience, & passion for music, you have come to the right place. I do not offer competitions, recitals, etc., as my main focus in the studio is to get to know each student's experience, skill, personality, & personal goals in music making. My approach is very individualized, with the goal of helping each student enjoy the process of learning to read music, develop technique, experience different genres, & develop personal enjoyment in making music.

After studying in the piano & voice studios at Central Washington University, I graduated with a Bachelor of Music Education with choral & elementary endorsements and am a National Board Certified Teacher. I have 10 years of public school teaching experience and over 11 years of experience as a private studio teacher. I have worked with 50-year-old adults who wanted to learn to match pitch and others who wanted to learn how to play piano for the first time. Through the years I've started 5-year-olds at the keyboard and helped continuing vocalists prepare for wedding and church performances. I love working with students of various ages, abilities, & with various interests. In the past I've partnered with Tree House to offer lessons for foster children and worked with students with special needs.
